The Spear of Bitter Mercy can't even be acquired by players, though with all things in Skyrim hacks and the console can save the day. Others, like Cyrus' Saber or the Spear of Bitter Mercy, are completely unique to the Creation Club, though they don't come with any particularly notable enchantments.
